Pulse Canada is seeking proposals to engage food industry stakeholders for interviews to gather critical insights on R&D priorities to address challenges and encourage demand of pulse ingredients. The project will capture feedback from bakery, snack, dairy alternatives, pasta & noodles, high protein products (such as bars and protein shakes), meat products, and dairy products.
Proposals should be submitted by February 10th, 2025 no later than 4:00pm CST.
