Field to Market Canada

Pulse Canada is a member of Field to Market Canada, an organization which supports the development of science-based, outcomes-focused measures of environmental sustainability for Canadian crop production. A sister organization of Field to Market, Field to Market Canada offers a streamlined approach to measuring and assessing the environmental outcomes across Canada and the USA. A key component of this collaborative alliance is the Canadian Fieldprint Calculator, a farm-level tool which Canadian growers can use to assess and document the environmental performance of their crops compared to national and regional benchmarks.

Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Crops

Pulse Canada is a member of the Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Crops (CRSC), which facilitates a cross-commodity collaboration on sustainable agriculture issues and opportunities facing the Canadian grains sector. This organization comprises of grower, agriculture industry, food industry and consumer organizations. The CRSC has developed a Metrics Platform which is a data-based platform containing information describing the environmental performance of Canadian crop production and farms in regards to environmental, economic and social outcomes.
