Request for Letters of Intent: Pulse By-Product Utilization Research Grant
Successful applicants will receive a research grant for a short-term project.

As part of the Science and Technical Industry Program, Pulse Canada is requesting letters of intent (LOI) that provide an overview of a proposed project aiming to understand the interactions between pulse starches and fibres with protein and other food components to elucidate how they work together in food applications. Successful applicants will receive a research grant for a short-term project in this priority area of work.
Please submit your LOI via email to jcarlin@pulsecanada.com no later than November 4th, 2024.
