Pulse Canada is requesting proposals for a research project to develop technical knowledge on the inclusion of lentil flour in gluten-free cracker formulations. This project will examine the link between the physicochemical properties of lentil flour and the final product quality as well as processing adjustments that can be leveraged to optimize quality.

The deadline for responses is 4:00PM CDT on August 15, 2023.
