Pulse Canada is seeking a consultant to work in collaboration with and on behalf of the Canadian pulse industry to promote the use of Canadian lentils to the foodservice industry in the U.K., Germany, and The Netherlands. The focus will be on increasing the use of Canadian red and green lentils in commercial and non-commercial foodservice operations.
Pulse Canada is the national association of growers, traders and processors of Canadian pulses, also known as lentils, dry peas, beans and chickpeas. Pulses are an essential part of a healthy and sustainable diet. Pulses and pulse ingredients can help food manufacturers improve the nutritional and functional quality of food products.
