Pulse Canada is seeking a consultant to work in collaboration with and on behalf of the Canadian pulse industry to promote the use of Canadian lentils to the foodservice industry in the U.K., Germany, and The Netherlands. The focus will be on increasing the use of Canadian red and green lentils in commercial and non-commercial foodservice operations.
