Pulse Canada is accepting proposals for the development of a literature review of sensory research for foods formulated with pulse ingredients. The overall objective for this review is to highlight the largest barriers to acceptance of pulse-containing products, considering the nuances between food product categories, and to identify opportunity areas of improvement for future research and food product development efforts.
