Pulse Canada is the national association representing growers, traders and processors of Canadian pulses (dry peas, beans, lentils and chickpeas), proudly leading the future of healthy, sustainable food through the growth of Canada’s pulse industry.

The Technical Assistant works as part of Pulse Canada’s Market Innovation team promoting Canadian pulse crops and Canada’s pulse industry to key target audiences, including food companies, ingredient processors, pet food manufacturers and industry members. The Market Innovation team works towards creating diversified, stable and sustainable demand for Canadian pulses by marketing the health and environmental benefits of pulses and helping companies capitalize on the nutrition, health, sustainability, and functionality benefits of Canadian pulses through knowledge creation and translation. Please note: This is a summer term position beginning in May 2022 and ending in August 2022.
