Pulse Canada is requesting a report to identify and evaluate existing methodologies for the evaluation of the functional properties of pulse ingredients. The results from this study will be communicated and serve as a point of guidance to the pulse ingredient processors and the food industry to encourage greater consistency in methods of analysis.
